Booking Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability.
All bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit and completed booking form.
Any remaining Hire costs must be paid no later than 7 days prior to event.
The deposit is only refundable at the end of the hire subject to satisfactory room inspection, cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit if the room is left in an unacceptable state and or property damage.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation the deposit will be non refundable unless the Venue is able to fill the cancellation then the deposit will be refunded in due course.
Room hire costs if paid will be refunded in full if cancelled no later than 7 days prior to the hire date.
